Our third volume of Familia Romana (chapters 25–35) has now been updated as well! 😀

As for the second volume, I’ve revised all grammar sections at the end of the chapters and added many new tables.

I also have a book recommendation for you. I recently read our Stories in easy Latin series again and the tales are really great for upper beginners.

They are based on stories from Roman literature, the Bible, Norse mythology, folk tales, and more.

The author, Victor Frans, has used these amazing stories and turned them into simplified Latin. He has added dialogues and, at times, expanded on the stories to give you as much Latin as possible. They will prepare you for more difficult texts, teach and reinforce vocabulary, practice your grammar, and, at the same time, give you great stories to enjoy.

Volume one contains easy versions of the Roman stories of the heroes Horatius Cocles and Mucius Scaevola as well as the famous story of David and Goliath from the Bible.
