App update available!

I’m hap­py to announce that we have pub­lished an updat­ed ver­sion of the app today, 2.7.1! This is a main­te­nance release, which includes some minor improve­ments and bug fix­es.

In par­tic­u­lar, in this new ver­sion, we have man­aged to make the app much more per­sis­tent when put in the back­ground. That means that when you tem­porar­i­ly leave the app, and then come back to it, you are less like­ly to find it restart­ing. Instead, you can con­tin­ue right away where you were, with your book still open. Very con­ve­nient!

We have also cor­rect­ed a ren­der­ing prob­lem with the OpenDyslex­ic font. It will now look much bet­ter, espe­cial­ly when you have set the line spac­ing to be on the nar­row­er side.

Down­load the lat­est ver­sion from App Store and Google Play, if your device has not already updat­ed the app auto­mat­i­cal­ly! Acti­vat­ing auto­mat­ic updates is a great way to always get the lat­est improve­ments and fix­es!
